WP-Optimize cache problem with sp_redirect

    WP-Optimize cache function doesn’t seem to be able to handle the redirect . Anyone else experiencing the same problem? Thanks

    We haven’t had any other reports of this.

    Is this a new issue, where there any changes on the site that precipitated this?

    i can not be sure but we noticed the problem after updating to WordPress 6. It was in a customized woocommerce category page where wp_redirect is used for certain categories. I turned off wp-optimize cache for these categories for now. I also tried html redirect instead of wp_redirect and it worked but I don’t like the browser flashing.

    Behaviours that rely on PHP processing, such as redirection will not work while page caching is active. This is because your site will serve up static HTML pages for cached pages directly that bypass PHP so things can be as fast as possible.
