Add image window out of screen view on internet explorer

Hi there,
On my blog https://www.andrewgeorgiou.com I’m experiencing a strange problem.
When I try to add an image to a post the add image window appears below the screen cut off and I can’t move the window up.
I can’t see the images and it is impossible to add an image.
The only solution I have found is to reduce my screen view to tiny so that I can see everything.
This must be a bug in the whole wordpress platform as it has only started since I upgraded to version 3.0.1

Please can someone help
