Hey! New to this plug in , however it adds the retail price on labels which is weird and don’t know where to delete that as I never saw any retail pricing especially for national orders on any of my received packages. Also is there an option to complete remove COD function as it accidentally put the complete retail price with cash on delivery even though it was paid. Please help.

    Hi there,

I’m not quite sure if I understand you correctly? Which label/price are you talking about exactly? Germanized does not add any pricing to labels – label data is always returned directly by the label API of the actual shipping provider (e.g. DHL).

Also is there an option to complete remove COD function

You may disable the actual payment method under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.

    Cheers

hello! I obviously disable COD everywhere, every page. Also not sure how to send a picture but it always puts the Retail Price & COD on top on every national package. Tried everything not working & not sure why it‘s even there. I definitely need help or someone contacting me as DHL cannot help.

    Hi there,

please use external image hosting services, like https://de.imgbb.com/ to link your screenshots. COD is only added to the DHL label if a COD amount has been supplied by the corresponding label creation request. By default that is only the case if COD has been chosen as a payment method for the corresponding order. https://woocommerce.com/document/cash-on-delivery/

    Cheers

No COD amount has been supplied. Also it has NOT been chosen for any payment whatsoever. Wether it’s in this plug in or somewhere else. It just won’t work.

Please enable extended logging under WooCommerce > Status > Germanized and create a new label to a shipment. After that, check your logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs and find the file prefixed with woocommerce-germanized-dhl – the whole label API request should be logged in the file and might contain details. The amount (the printing is handled by DHL itself, no way to adjust that) seems to be part of the Nachnahme-Option indeed. Could you provide screenshots of the actual label request form and corresponding shipment?

    Cheers
