Why i cant to translate this

  • do you mean: you don’t see your own language in the account menu?
    Could be the case when WooCommerce is not yet translated in your language; or probably the theme overwrites the language.

    I see your language is set as he-IL, which seems like it’s almost fully translated in WooCommerce: see https://translate.www.ads-software.com/locale/he/default/wp-plugins/woocommerce/.

    That’s why i think you have to ask support to the theme author

    Thats what the theme support told me

    We already confirmed that your problem with the translation –?https://imgbb.com/tQPBgGC?is independent of our theme.
    Even if you activate another theme the situation will not change. You can provide our answer to WC support team.
    Sorry, but the theme support team can’t assist with the question that is independent of the theme.
