Hi, I have installed the plugin, latest version 1.2.1.
All is ok and working great, but when I go to the plugins page in WordPress I always see the message:

Plugin?elements-hive-for-breakdance/plugin.php?has been deactivated due to an error. Plugin file does not exist.

As I said the plugin is installed and works great. I have tried to deactivate it, and activate again, deleted it, and installed again, but I can’t get rid of this message.

Any idea what is going on?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

That message could show up once if you had a version older than 1.0.2 installed already since the file was renamed. But it would only show up once and will never show once the plugin is activated.

A clean uninstall/reinstall should also get rid of the error since WordPress would stop trying to look for the orphan file. I see you tried re-installing it already, it should have disappeared but since it hasn’t, please make sure that the element-hive-for-breakdance folder is also deleted at the server level after the uninstall.

    Thanks

    Hi Javier,
I’m assuming you are not seeing that message anymore since there hasn’t been any update.

I will tag the post as resolved. Let me know if that’s not the case.

    Thanks
