Errores CSS en Extra Elegant Themes

    I have installed the plugin and it works perfectly, it sends emails without problem, both to the customer and to the store administrator. However, once activated, the theme that I use (Extra from Elegant Themes) modifies the styles of the header). Of course, as soon as I deactivate the plugin, the styles return to the correct ones. Do you know what could be the cause of that? Note: The plugin is now disabled.

    First of all, apologies for the inconvenience caused to you and for the delay in response to this.

    We will need to replicate this issue at our end with the Elegant Themes. Can you please drop us an email at support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com and share the theme file with us there? So we will try to reproduce this mentioned issue at our end and we will see if we can able to reproduce the same or not.

    We will check and let you know the results.
