I’m getting this error on one of the Dashboard pages. The site error log shows this (domain specific values have been replaced with “xxx”):

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function uncanny_learndash_toolkit\plugins_api() in /chroot/home/xxx/xxx/html/wp-content/plugins/uncanny-learndash-toolkit/src/plugin-api-override.php:50

    How do I resolve this?

    WP Version 6.1.1
    LD version 4.5.0.3
    Uncanny Owl version 3.6.4.2

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @torlowski ,

Sorry to hear about the issue. It does unfortunately seem like a conflict and not something we can reproduce on our side. I wonder if perhaps you could try cloning out to a Staging environment and disable everything except LearnDash and our plugins to see if it still happens. If not, maybe you could try reactivating plugins to identify the source.

It would also help to see the LearnDash System Report from LearnDash LMS > Settings > Support, but since it does have a lot of data about your site, it may not be something you want to upload here. You could also share that with us via [email protected] instead.

We wondered too if perhaps you have old versions of LearnDash licensing or hub plugins installed. It could be related.

I received the same error email that it is causing a fatal error on my site and haven’t been able to figure out yet how to fix it. Were you able to find out the source of the issue or how to resolve this? Any help would be much appreciated! thank you

Sorry for my delayed response. I hadn’t seen the notification about your reply.

I’ll send the System Report shortly. I am sure that I have updated all the plugins.

    Thanks!

Ok, great thank you @torlowski ! I will check for any updates ??

Hi @gypsyjungle , it would be great to see your system report as well; maybe you could send that over. Your earlier message also mentioned not being able to edit certain post types; can you confirm (perhaps on a Staging site) that the issue ONLY happens when LearnDash and the Toolkit are active and all other plugins are temporarily disabled?

Hi yes I tried disabling all the plugins and reactivating. I’m still having trouble making updates to the courses, it won’t let me change any of the settings (they will not save) , and I cannot change the course image. Do you know why it might be doing this?

Hi @gypsyjungle , just to confirm, you’re saying that with ONLY the Toolkit and LearnDash active, and with a default theme, you cannot update a course post type. Is this correct? Can you check your PHP error and debug log to see if any errors are logged there?

The system report would still help as well.

Since it has been 3 weeks since the last update, we’ll go ahead and close this thread.
