BEWARE!! WASTE OF TIME + MONEY + NO SUPPORT

This theme promises amazing features and functions – everything that I needed to create a real estate website for a client – so much so that I even purchased the PRO version.

WHAT A MISTAKE – $60 straight into the trash!

1. CANNOT MANAGE YOUR USER ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBSITE

• When signing up on their website to create a user account their system does not ask you to create a password – it simply creates a user account with your email
• Then once inside your account dashboard you can create a “new” password (otherwise you cannot login ever again once you exit your account dashboard) but when you try to create a “new” password you need to enter your “current” password – but you do not have a “password” because their system did not give you the ability to create a password when you register your account on their website
• So you get locked in a loop of not being able to create a password and access/manage your account in their website
• Try the process of “forgot/reset password” as a possible workaround to login to your account again – error message comes up on website login page saying that account with my email address does not exist even though I did actually register an account with my email address after purchasing the theme but now my account no longer exists?

2. CANNOT REGISTER LICENSE KEY

• After purchase I receive a license key to register in my account dashboard on their website but this is not possible either
• When I was initially in the dashboard of my account (before it mysteriously vanished after logging out the fist time I used/created it) their system refused to register the license key I received with the purchase
• Each time I tried to enter the license key their system gives an error message saying it cannot communicate with their API and to try again later – and try again later – and try again later – and… well you get the idea after many tries later that “later” actually means “never” in this case
• Installed the theme into my wordpress site and cannot register the license key in the theme dashboard either – also gives error messages and refuses to connect with their system so CANNOT USE THIS THEME IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER!

3. NO SUPPORT RESPONSE

• Reached out to theme support from their website days ago – still no reply received

4. WEBSITE GONE WEIRD

• Visited their website after a few days to try access my account again but now even their own website has gone weird and the theme demos have all sorts of bugs and errors

It appears this theme has been abandoned and no longer supported by the developer/s – but my $60 did end up in someone’s bank account – it must be awesome to get money for nothing – but in this case MY MONEY WAS STOLEN.

This product is completely useless – waste of time and money.
