moving blog to a parent folder

Although it takes a little “interpretation”, this is the best article I’ve found:

As you will see, you can leave everything in public_html/blog/, and just make a few changes and copy a few files to public_html (the root).

I’d rather move everything there because the /blog folder is somehow annoying me. (And spiders won’t crawl properly with redirections for some reason)
