Resetting blocked ip not working

    Hi,

    I tested the plugin In Multisite main site can’t able to reset the blocked IP it says “Error while resetting the block”

    wp-content/plugins/limit-attempts/includes/blocked.php line 175 i changed the ‘{$prefix}failed_attempts’ to double quotes and it worked.

    Could you please check
