Critical Error on this Website

  • Good Day

    Please Assist, I cannot access our webpage as it says the following

    “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    I have however checked and there was is no email thus I do not know where to start to fix this problem

    Please advise

    One way could be connecting to the site via SFTP and renaming the plugins folder. If you don’t know the information you can reach out to your hosting provider and they can point you to that information.
