Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue. But for us to say what could be the reason we either need to take a look at your plugin configuration or take a look at the site, if it’s in Live mode. Please can you provide me with an update to this request? My feeling is that this issue has something to do with WPBakery Page Builder. Although the page has the woocommerce cart “short code” which looks correct if I go into WPBakery Page Builder Settings the fields are blank. Not sure what this means but I think this is where the problem is.

I would like to inform you that I haven’t received anything in my email, unfortunately. 

So go ahead and navigate to our motopress(dot)com website > Support > Help Desk and use the “Submit a request” button so we can check everything out. 

Or double-check the plugin configuration because there actually should be two checkout pages. One from the Hotel Booking plugin should contain the [mphb_checkout] shortcode and be selected in the plugin settings under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Settings > Pages section. And another one for WooCommerce should contain the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode and be selected under the Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page setup section. 

I have managed to sort this out under; accommodation/settings/Confirmation upon payment However i only have the Basket and Checkout which has the woo-commerce shortcode. I don’t have the Checkout page with the [mphb_checkout]

What is happening now after i created this Bookings Checkout page instead for taking me through to the Payment Gateway to make payment the booking says payment has already been made.

Thank you for providing the Dashboard login credentials and sorry for the delay.

First of all, I would like to inform you that I noticed that the “Test Payment” gateway is the only payment gateway that you have activated. This is exactly why you’re redirected right to the “Booking Confirmed” page at the end of the booking procedure. This is how the testing gateway works.

As for the WooCommerce payment gateways, I would like to inform you that I wasn’t able to locate the WooCommerce Payments add-on in your WordPress installation. The Hotel Booking plugin can’t actually work with the WooCommerce payment gateways without our WooCommerce Payments add-on, unfortunately. 

I reside in South Africa where the only Payment Gateway we have here is Payfast. I see Hotel Bookings doesn’t have this as an option whereas woo-commerce does. I have two other websites that use the woo-commerce Payfast Gateway. Can you provide for this option in your Hotel Bookings template?

I sure get what you’re trying to complete. 

But as I mentioned previously, our Hotel Booking plugin can’t work with WooCommerce payment gateways right from the box, unfortunately. 

That’s why in order to connect WooCommerce payment gateways to our Hotel Booking plugin we designed a special add-on/extension called “Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments” that you may purchase on our website and use as a connection between our Hotel Booking plugin and payment gateways from WooCommerce. 

Great, so just to be clear, if we purchase the WooCommerce payment gateway which I’m sure my client will have no problem purchasing, we will then be able to integrate our payment gateway system here in South Africa being Payfast? I’m asking because the woo-commerce payment gateway is not yet available here in South Africa.

Yes, as far as I see, there’s a WooCommerce-compatible Payfast plugin that you should be able to use with our Hotel Booking plugin after you purchase our WooCommerce Payments add-on. 

So basically, all our WooCommerce Payments add-on does is creates a connection between the Hotel Booking plugin and payment gateways from WooCommerce so last can be used as payment gateways in the Hotel Booking plugin.

Please can you give me a response to this query as we are preparing to go live with this website at the end of this month. I have gone through all the settings and i cannot find a reason why this Mobicred screen appears.
