We have a quiz running right now, and we get an email for everyone who filled out the quiz, but only around half of the results are recorded in the database. O.o

What could be going wrong here?

    Is there any debugging info?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’m a little confused now. What is the “official support channel, so we can take it up there”?
I was told to post it here in the WordPress Forums!
But anyway, I think others could need help too:

    • What could be going wrong when emails are sent, but only half are written in the database?
    • Is there any debugging info?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello @patricktttt ,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to request that you please ensure that the “Store results permanently in database” option is enabled under the submit action settings. To assist you with this, I have included a reference screenshot link for your convenience: https://nimb.ws/hJzEOT.

If the option is not currently enabled, kindly enable it and then check if the issue persists. If you continue to face the same issue, I recommend following the instructions provided in this link: https://quizandsurveymaster.com/how-to-identify-theme-plugin-conflict-with-qsm/.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you require further assistance.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,
    Sumit

    Thank you Sumit.
We have the “Store results permanently in database” enabled.
And the link you provided actually just talks about the good old “switch the plugins off” troubleshooting. (Not that helpful, if you need people to fill out the quiz).

    Is there no logging file?
Or any other help with debugging?

I mean, we have the information about all people who filled out the quiz via email, and we know which ones are in the database and which are not.

Is there any way to see the errors, why those are not written into the DB?
