Some users can’t pay – Payment Failed?(card_error_authentication_required).

Hello! We’ve getting several notifications that users get this error: Payment Failed?(card_error_authentication_required).Refresh and try again

Basically, when they try to pay, the page reloads and shows that notice. No order is generated in backend. I have tried with same circuit card (Mastercard) but other bank and it works. But this issue is happening to a lot of clients, not only isolated cases, but several times.
