Where to add Adobe font to tags?

I am trying to add Adobe fonts to my Twenty Twenty-Three site and am using the block editor version of WordPress.
I guess I am not familiar with this set up and can no longer find where the <head> tags live in the Theme editor. Can you help me please?
Also, I did notice that the font choices are in the theme.json file — would it be possible to add the Adobe font <link> info to that drop down list?
Apologies ahead of time for not knowing — I did several web searches but am still not finding how to locate the <head> tags on this set up.

Hi @acwaterston I came across your question here, looks like I had not included the plugin URL, I will provide the steps for you here as well.
You can use the?Create Block Theme plugin?to add custom fonts to your site. When the plugin is active kindly go to?
Appearance > Manage theme fonts?to upload custom themes to your site.
