Multiple badges in Related products

  • Hi, been using plugin for a while. And during the period, on some update, the badges in the Related product section started showing multiple badges.
    Waited for several update, but the issue is not yet resolved. Please help.

    Hi there,

    In this case, you can try enabling the Hide badges in sidebars setting in YITH > Badge Management > General Settings.

    If you still have issues, please share the link to the page so that we can check it.

    Still have issue.
    Pls go through the link, on the bottom page in related products, inspect on the badge area and remove position: absolute and display: none to find the issue.

    Thanks for contacting us and I hope you’re doing well :D.

    I tried to reproduce the problem but I cannot reproduce it on my local installation.

    Could you please make the following test:

    Disable all plugins leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Badge Management to see if it solve the problem.

    If not, try to switch to a default theme like TwentySixteen and check if the problem is related with the theme.

    Yeah have checked that already. Can’t recreate issue when changing theme.
    But the issue generated after the plugin update. Before that it was working fine.

    I hope you’re doing well ??

    Seems a conflict with your theme. I checked and seems you use a theme that are not on wp.org so, I cannot check the problem because I don’t have a copy.

    I suggest you to contact theme developers and ask their to test the theme with our plugin. They can download and test the problem.
