    Hello Saumya

After upgrading to 4.7.3, we have observed the following errors with the plugin:

AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key 1 in /home/www/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-cloudflare-page-cache/libs/cache_controller.class.php on line 2689PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key 1 in /home/www/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-cloudflare-page-cache/libs/cache_controller.class.php on line 2690’

AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined variable $bypass_backend_page_rule_id in /home/www/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-cloudflare-page-cache/libs/cloudflare.class.php on line 1538’

The second one may or may not be significant as it was encountered when we manually substituted cache_controller.class.php in toto from 4.7.2 and then upgraded to .3 again to try to reproduce the error.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Hi @prestonwordsworth,
Looking at those logs that you have shared it seems that the plugin was unable to create the necessary files in the server which it needs in order to run the plugin.

Can you please deactivate and delete the plugin completely from the WP Admin > Plugins section. And then freshly install and setup the plugin? After that please check if you are still getting the issues.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hello @isaumya

I have just done a fresh install, and have been able to reproduce both errors.

The referrer for the first one was /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page; for the second error it was /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-cloudflare-super-page-cache-index

    Looking forward to your response!

    Hi @prestonwordsworth,
Can you share a screenshot of the /wp-content/wp-cloudflare-super-page-cache/ folder. So that I can see the contents inside it?

Also can you tell me how to reproduce the issue as I have not seen this across any systems where this plugin is installed.

    Here’s the screenshot: https://ln5.sync.com/dl/7615c7670/zp8zivve-79tc3zdx-qhvszzwn-ft2wxiv7

The first error was triggered when we hit Purge CF Cache for individual pages. The second one simply occurred after the fresh install.

    Hi @prestonwordsworth,
You send me screenshot of the wrong path. Check the path I have mentioned above and send screenshot of that.

I did not asked you to send me the screenshot of the plugin folder. I asked you to send me the screenshot of the /wp-content/wp-cloudflare-super-page-cache/ path, i.e. the wp-cloudflare-super-page-cache folder inside wp-content and not inside plugins

Sorry, I sent the wrong shot! Here’s the correct one: https://ln5.sync.com/dl/b38ba4620/yc6zzmj5-5a659v74-e7ewzfu7-5rmnvfbb

Have you shared the screenshot of the /wp-content/ folder or /wp-content/wp-cloudflare-super-page-cache/? I cannot understand. Please don’t redact things when sharing screenshot.

    Thread Starter p15h

    (@prestonwordsworth)

    Hello @isaumya

Yes, that’s how /wp-content/wp-cloudflare-super-page-cache/ looks like on our server. The redacted part is a folder with our site name in the format

    www.example.com

Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide!

OK Go inside example.com folder and share the screenshot.

I’m sending the shot of the folder: https://ln5.sync.com/dl/d04cf5fe0/fzhvgbz5-gsskz84s-vxsp2zv9-q9sqp29g

    Hope it helps!

OK. When you click on Purge Cache inside the plugin settings can you check if cache_queue.json file is getting created inside that folder? Once the cache purge is done the file will get deleted.

    Thread Starter p15h

    (@prestonwordsworth)

Many thanks for this! I don’t remember seeing a Purge Cache button inside the plugin’s settings. Could you let me know where it’s supposed to be located?

I did hit the Purge CF Cache link for individual pages on the Pages page and refreshed the folder right away, and I can confirm I didn’t see any cache_queue.json created briefly within that folder.

Can you please try purging cache from the settings page and check:

    (@prestonwordsworth)

Ah, hidden in plain sight! I’m terribly sorry for missing it…

I can confirm no file gets created in the folder in question after clicking on this button. But the error messages no longer appear, and the purge works fine. I gather this means the plugin is again running smoothly?

Thanks again for working with me on these glitches with such patience!
