VAT is not valid. VAT number format: DE00000000000

The message is editable from plugin settings (the part where it suggest correct format), however, I checked the LV number appearing in screenshot on the VIES service and it shows invalid:

We have this problem for all vat numbers.

Please send screenshots for plugin settings (the 3 tabs), and if possible, enable debug on third tab, try validating a number and then check logs and send them please.

The logs show errors for methods other than SOAP (which is the one selected in 2nd tab and default option), it could be SOAP client isn’t enabled by hosting, can’t determine since that line doesn’t appear in logs.
