Listing owner didn’t get the mail

Hi, As admin, I can receive the message that users submitted to the listing owner. However, the listing owner didn’t get the message that users sent. I have tried it with two testing accounts and neither of them received user’s inquiries. Here’s one of the sample listings: https://hoc5.org/social/directory/dell-laptop-14/
