unbalanced having extra unwanted empty spaces below each post box

The posts boxes and container on homepage and archive pages of my blog are unbalanced having extra unwanted empty spaces below each post box.
When I login to my WordPress dashboard and check it from Appearance>Customize, It looks fine, but when I logout, the issue comes.
I am using Generatepress WordPress theme. How do I fix it?
