Inherit defaults from customiser – eg button

    Just wondering why defaults set in the customiser don’t apply to Generateblocks and there appears to be no way of setting them. I’m thinking specifically of the Button generateblock.

    Hi there,

    a few reasons but mainly:
    We can’t account for how other themes write their buttons styles, which may conflict.
    Inheriting a theme styles assigns defaults, which complicates the dynamic CSS for when users want to override those styles.

    But it is something we are looking into for a future update, once we figure out the best method.
