Subscribers are changed to transactional

    Hello,

    we have a problem that our users when make a purchase are changed from ‘subscribers’ to ‘transactional’ and they don’t receive any email campaign we do.

    When we try to ‘resubscribe’ them, we have an optin error on mailchimp.

    On the orders we don’t have any custom fields with your subscription field.
