Sorting suddenly stopped working

I have been arranging products for the pas 3-4 days with no issue. And I just noticed the plugin stopped working. When I arrange the products and hit save changes and then I accept the pop up asking if I am sure there is no confirmation that the sorting went through and when I refresh the page it returns to the previous order.
