I understand that you receive the error message above when trying to place an order in USD when using the Stripe plugin, correct?

In addition to what @ambrishtrionfo mentioned above, can you please check if there are any pattern to this occurrence? Does this happen to all products on your site?

Meanwhile, please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Stripe plugins are enabled. Create a test order using Stripe Test Mode and see if this resolves the issue?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

Thanks for letting us know that your problem fits the open issue! I agree that seems to be the case. Development of the Stripe Payment Gateway is public, so please feel free to subscribe to that GitHub topic to be updated on the issue. A workaround does not appear to be available at this time, but all future discussions will take place on that thread.

Once a fix is in place, it will be noted in the changelog at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/#developers
