Couple of questions – ￡ to € and adding a note to each translated page?

Hi there, my pages are all in English and I’m looking to translate to Fr and De. Is there anyway to get ￡ to change to € where it occurs on each page?

Also, is there any way to add a note to the top of each translated page – I’d like to put small message telling each reader that the page has been machine translated, just in case they find anything weird, they’ll know why.
