Slideshow not visible (only if i load it twice!)

The first is always to check for conflicts. Deactivate all your plugins except for NextGEN Gallery, see if the issue is fixed, (in this case if you inserted 2 galleries BOTH should be visible and when you insert only one it should work as expected) start reactivating one plugin at a time and checking after each. If the issue is not fixed, try switching to a twenty series theme.

Hi Jaime, as i Said i made all the things you wrote and nothing happens. Only if i change the theme it Works.

So you mean after checking for conflicts as instructed you came to find a conflict with your theme? (I am a bit confused with ”?as i Said i made all the things you wrote and nothing happens” since that is not in your initial message.)

In this case you can try reaching out to your theme developers and see if they might have an idea of why their theme is breaking NextGEN Gallery.

Also could you provide a copy of your theme in case they cannot offer any support on their side, so we can try and check ourselves? (In our support platform, of course, so things move faster than here).
