Attach Submission Details As CSV to Email

Hello, I have the same question like the other person a while ago:

Unfortuntately I couldn’t figure out what you meant with your reply. By adding the field names also into the attachement section, I still get no generated CSV file as attachement.
Can you please explain me how to realize this how you wrote it?
