Model instantly disappears

    I’m currently doing some tests with the free version of the plugin. In camera mode the model loads fine on iPhone although it doesn’t track to the environment very well but on Android the model loads for a split second and then disappears completely. Any ideas what might be happening?

    Please check the scale of your glb file and ensure it is set to metres and reduced to a suitable display size. When I view it the model flashes small and then loads very large, I can only see a portion of it as it extends out of view. I think the scale may be out.

    The usdz file works well on the the iphone.
