• Great plugin, works flawlessly with the pro version on Nginx with the added code to configure on the server. One future feature I would like to see is, if for example for some reason you had to reinstall a backup of the website, that is prior to the plugin installation, you have to “convert” all the images again using up your pro credit. Would be good if you can save the converted images and a setting on the plugin to continue where left off, rather than start over again. Other than that keep up the good work! And thank you.

    Hi @zenith69,

    Thank you for your review.

WebP and AVIF files are not backed up by the following plugins:

    • All-in-One WP Migration
    • UpdraftPlus
    • BackWPup

This is because on large websites this significantly increased the backup weight and caused problems. However, if you want to do it, you have the ability. Just select the “Save converted images in backups generated by other plugins” option in the Advanced Settings section of the plugin settings.

    Best,
    Mateusz

Thanks for a speedy reply, yes I realise these plugins assist with backups already. All in all a fantastic image converter plugin that really does do what it says. I’m impressed ??
