We are having troubles getting shipping services

Hi,

i have just installed the plugin on my wp sites with woocommerce.
I have successfully added the API key and submitted all the info requested.

When i try to “Add Service” i get the error “We are having troubles getting shipping services“.

No maintenance mode is enabled.

I have also another site where i have already installed some times ago the plugin, it was already configure with one shipping service.
In that website i tryied to disinstall and re-install the plugin and now it have the same problem ( “We are having troubles getting shipping services“).

Can you please help me?
