Custom post type edit page

Hello everybody,

i am new at developing wordpress plugins and i have a problem that i couldn’t solve yet with the documentation only.

i created a custom post type succesfully with register_post_type(). how can i change the “edit-post” page? like, if i want to add some extra info at the bottom of the edit page how do i do?
