Jacqueline theme updating Problem in WordPress.

    I have installed the Jacqueline theme on my website(https://procurephysio.ca/). There is a new version available of this theme, but it is not getting updated, it shows an error we I press the update button.

    Hello @prabh84,

    Could you help us with the screenshot of the error or the exact error that you see in the WordPress Dashboard when you try to update the theme?

    I also see that it is a paid theme and not on the WordPress repository, so there can be a chance that it may need a manual update.

    Paid themes may have some specific ways to update them via a verification of purchase or some thing similar in which case you may need to contact the theme author about it.
