It’s been some days that the footer of the website is not at its default place in some of the pages of the website. I tried to disable the cache plugin but no luck. There are only 12 plugins enabled and those shouldn’t cause any issue. Can anyone please help on the same?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

The site-content div of your site has a fixed height set to it: https://www.screencast.com/t/3pqbIXW5J

That’s not something GP can do and we have not had any other reports on this.

Please try to disable all plugins and all custom functions to test.

Ad Inserter – Disabled this plugin and it’s gone. But why is this causing this?

I want this plugin. Can you please help me? I tried alternate for this plugin but features are not available in others. So I have to keep this plugin and make things work out with the theme.

    Hi there,

i doubt it is the plugin that is causing that issue. It will be most likely one of the scripts you’re adding inside that plugin.

You are right. The plugin is causing the issue, but I couldn’t find what setting was causing this. After a lot of digging, I found that on the sidebar there is a vertical ad which is placed as widget, and I made it sticky earlier. Then I thought to disable the sticky option. Guess what, it worked. But that’s strange because previously it was working without any issue. Maybe you can double check the same at your end too. By the way thanks for the help.

There isn’t anything we can fix from our end.

Glad to figure out that you’ve found the problem!
