    Hello.

I find your plugin very useful.
However, I found that when I applied for restocking with gmail.com, the mail was not received.
Emails from other domains are sent normally.
When requesting by gmail, it is not received by the customer’s e-mail, but it is confirmed by the indication that it was sent normally in the admin account.
How can i solve this problem?
I will wait for your reply.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

Please share the following information in order to better assist you:

    1. Whether the status of the subscription entry in the “All Subscribers” table has changed when it is subscribed or returned to stock?

    2. We keep?recording?a?log?of every activity on our end, which can be found in the Admin Dashboard-> WooCommerce-> Status->?Logs-> Top right dropdown->Check the prefix back-in-stock-notifier with the latest date-> screenshot of it (once after restocking the product, along with the subscriber’s domain of gmail.com)

    3. Ensure that subscribers with other domains receive the in-stock email.

    Let us know.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for your reply.
I am doing the number 1 you advised.
And attaching the latest screenshot you mentioned.
We also send e-mails when we apply for restocking.
However, in the case of the GMAIL account, the mail is not received both when the customer applies and when it is received.
We haven’t verified all email domains, but we’ve confirmed that other domains, except for GMAIL, are receiving correctly.
Since GMAIL is the most used domain, I want to find a solution.

Then I look forward to hearing from you.
    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for checking it out.

We use the WooCommerce Mailer functionality to send emails from our side. If you encounter any issues with sending emails to reach the domain gmail.com, then the same might apply to WooCommerce order emails as well.
    ?
In some cases, the reported issue is from your mail server. For this, we suggest you check your spam folder (sometimes legitimate emails can get filtered as spam by mistake) or contact your hosting provider regarding this.

    Thanks.
