    We use CleanTalk in multiple sites — it appears that the latest up of PHP (8.1) has made CleanTalk incompatible — all our sites are now starting to get critical errors – meaning we have to go in and deactivate CleanTalk.

    What is going on here? How long until this issue is sorted?

    We cannot wait for ever — as we have sites which are down because of this — and we are now switching every instance of CleanTalk off — ??

    Ok – I have figured out how to fix this issue — a complete clean removal – and clean reinstall — I even deleted it from the dashboard and created a new instance in CleanTalk —- might work without that extra step —–

    Re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the?Complete Deactivation?option:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew:
