images not WebP

For example, a 39 KB image in JPG is not converted, while it is 17 KB in Webp

How do you test the functionality of the plugin? I checked your website and everything works fine – images are displayed in WebP format.

The images are in WebP format, because we had to put back our old free plugin “WebP Express”.

But with your plugin the images are still in jpg, despite converting more than 1,200 images, or 95% of our site.

For another site everything works fine, so this problem does not come from us, from a lack of training or other ….

@renaisonp I want to see what might have gone wrong. Could you send me a screenshot of the Help Center tab in the plugin’s settings? I will check it because in this tab I have information about the status of your website.

I’m going to do it, because I have to reinstall your plugin, the free plugin having worked without problems for 4 years, despite 3 major updates not done… (php 8.0)
