The site no more remains live after performing some activities on backend

  • From the last two days, I am observing that I could login to WP admin panel. Soon after performing activities like pressing button to delete spam posts, the site goes off (and unable to view from the frontend as well backend). After a couple of hours, I could access the site once again, and the cycle repeats. What could be the reason? Right now as I write, the site is no more live. Few minutes back the site was live and I could access the WP admin panel.

    If the issue re-occurs can you provide us with the php-error logs so we can take a look?

    Maybe you can make sure beforehand that the server resources are not fully occupied in either RAM or CPU.

    Sometimes when we delete many spam posts and take many server resources.

    The site is will be down for several minutes until we restart the server or the resource server will be up automatically after a couple of minutes.
