[Plugin: Quick Page/Post Redirect] Causes 500 server error upon activation

    Every time I try to activate this plugin I get the dreaded Error 500 – Internal Server Error.

    I am not even able to deactivate it, I have to delete it entirely from the Plugins directory to get my site back to normal.
