Ask to re-login at my account

Hello ,

When trying to view the coupons page at my account , it asks to re-login again !

In other word : Clicking on coupons page logs out and ask to re login

I think there is a cache related issue .

Because when typing the login , it asks to login again with an error in red ( for admin ) if the use is at wp-admin , but at the website it logs in again with no issues .

what could be the issue ?

Note : i had cleared the browser cache many times + the wordpress cache too through a specific plugin
