    Hello,

    we’re having some issues when importing the feed: ‘Item too big’

    Already checked using the short description, etc. and is still showing (here’s an extract of the feed)
    Also, those products are bundled products with variable subscriptions on it.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. The piece of XML you pasted above doesn’t seem “too big” to me. We at least cannot find anything in there that is too long. I suggest you reach out to Google’s support for this.

    I did notice this in your feed though: EUR 0,00, which is probably being caused by the fact you are trying to add a bundled products which is not supported by our plugin. Products with a price of 0,00 will be disapproved by Google unfortuntely.

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required we will close this topic for housekeeping reasons.
