His blog is still active so he’s not deceased, just seemingly currently inactive on this plugin.

FOSS (free and open source software) always comes with the inherent risk of falling behind, especially when only maintained by one person. We have to keep in mind that the author is not profiting from the work unless there is a paid premium version.

I’ve reached out to offer to adopt the plugin, and if the author declines I’ll create a forked version per www.ads-software.com policy

Some patience is needed, as this process is not overnight.

This plugin no longer works with newer versions of GForms, need better instructions or updated plugin
