• Hi,

I’m learning and configuring the free version.

I know that Add-on Certificates is an integral part of the PRO version.

As a system admin, all courses must be approved by the admin.

All instructors/teachers who create a course must be approved.

ex. If an Instructor creates a course in the Development category, PHP course and another Instructor creates a Maintenance course, PC assembly courses.

Is it possible to create different certificates for each course, without the Instructor being able to make any changes to the Certificate?

    Thanks

  • Hello @kklo !

    Hope you are doing well!

You can do this by going to Tutor LMS>Settings>General and disabling “Allow Instructors To Publish Courses”. This way, admins will be able to review course content before publishing.

Yes, it is possible to create different certificates for each courses, but the Instructor can change the certificates. What you can do is go Tutor LMS>Settings>Certificate and head over to Certificate Settings and enable- “Allow Instructors To Use templates built by admin” that way, enable instructors to use certificate templates built by admin. If disabled, instructors will be able to use only their own templates.

    Hope this helps you out!
