Problem With Responses That Come to Me From Contact Form

I also looked back into my email account – I installed WpForms Lite in August of 2022 and it was working properly sending me emails from the contact form. The first date that message content was removed was February 7 of this year. Everything I’ve received after that has had empty messages. I can see sender name and and Message title.

I’m not sure if this helps or not, but I disabled all of my plugins except Wpforms Lite – and the problem persisted. I added plugins back in and, of course, still having an issue.

In the meantime, I have discovered that my affiliate links to Amazon are no longer opening in a new tab – or opening at all for that matter. I’m letting you know in case this is all related – but I have also opened a new request for help regarding the affiliate links in Fix WordPress section of the forum. I appreciate your help on this. I’m very frustrated!

Thanks for sharing the file. I imported the file to my dev setup, and in my testing, the email notification content seems to be working fine. Here’s a screenshot.

When you have some time, can you please check the website to see if there are any custom snippets added that are causing some conflict? Or, you can also try testing for conflict between the forms and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

Thank you for hanging in with me. I deactivated all the plugins except for wpforms lite and sent myself a message from the contact form. Again – I received an email in my inbox. It has my name and email address, but the test message I wrote does not appear. I then switched themes and the same thing happened. I don’t know how to check for a custom snippet.

Hey @latebloomer2517 – In this case, since you’ve tested for the theme and plugin conflict, I’d suggest you to please check with your hosting provider to see if there’s any issue with server going that’s filtering the email notification content.
