    Hi,

    I am using FiboSearch on a multisite. Both sites use Elementor and add Fibosearch through the WordPress Widget, yet one site has the hidden input:

    <input type="hidden" name="post_type" value="product">

    And the other site does not. This results in a blog style results page being shown, not the product search template.

    I have looked all over the shop for settings for this but can’t find it. I am using the OceanWP Theme with Elementor. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @zerodegreeburn

    I tried to recreate your problem by:

    • Installing WordPress multisite and creating 2 different pages as multisite dir, tell me if you are using domain method I will try that too.
    • Installing necessary page builder plugins and themes that you use.
    • Installing FiboSeach and adding it to both multisite websites by widget.

    FiboSearch works fine on both multisite instances and has the post_type=product the parameter in the form.
    Could you give me more details? You may be able to screenshot the FiboSearch code that the browser renders. You can do this using the browser inspector, which is usually available under the F12 key, or right-click -> inspect.
    Also, check if the same problem occurs when you try to add FiboSearch via shortcode: [fibosearch].

    Regards,
    Kris
