The model: `gtp-4` does not exist

  • Hello,

    I am setting up your plugin – it looks amazing. I believe I have done everything that is required to set it up?

    Added my GTP4 Secret Key, Created Pinecone account, added Secret Key and the Pinecone URL, added the cron job.

    But nothing works – For example when I try and use the WooCommerce Suggest Title I at least get an error message – this one

    On your website I used the Chatbot and posted this prompt

    I am seeing the Error “The model GPT4 does not exist ” when using the WooCommerce Title suggestion feature. –

Additionally, you may notice a “Sync” button located next to the model dropdown, which can be used to synchronize the plugin with the most recent version of the OpenAI models. If you continue to experience issues, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.

    Which is not helpful. I have tried the “Sync” button on the settings tab – nothing mush happens when I click it – there is no success or failed message.

    Do you have any idea why it is not working with my ChatGPT 4 account? It cannot be over limit because i just upgraded to GPT4 thinking it would be better as my GPT3 account is often not available due to high demand.

    When I set the model as the ‘Default” text-davinci-003’ and test it with the WooCommerce Title suggestion the error message is that

    “You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.”

    Thank you for reaching out and providing a detailed description of the issues you’re experiencing. It appears that the main issue stems from attempting to use the GPT-4 API.

    Currently, OpenAI uses a waitlist system for granting access to the GPT-4 API. To join the waitlist, please sign up at the following link: https://openai.com/waitlist/gpt-4-api. It’s important to note that API access and ChatGPT-4 access are separate and distinct, so having access to one does not automatically grant you access to the other.

    Regarding the Quota error with DaVinci, could you please check your usage here: https://platform.openai.com/account/usage to see if you have enough credits for the api call?

    Apologies that it has taken me a week to reply, with WP 6.2 out this week its been a bit crazy. I can confirm that the information that you provided helped and whilst I am still on the GTP-4 Waitlist, I added my payment method (credit card) and it all works. Just brilliant.

    Thanks for your hard work to developed this brilliant plugin. I have two questions before I going to purchase your plugin:

    1. I still unable to use ChatGPT for even I already purchase chatGPT Plus account and use this API in your plugin?
    2. I tried the “Content Write” but unfortunately I get the error message “Something went wrong” when I click “Save”.
