    Dear Team,
    I hope you are doing well

    I am encountering the below issue :

    1- Whenever a user submit a form, an email notification is send to the particular users, i would like to know if i can use the reply to email , so that when the user click on reply to , the email insert as reply is being used.

    Example :
    I have a from email (email address) which is use for all forms , but this email address this email address does not accept incoming emails.

    This is why i would like to use the reply to email.

    Hello @annunto,

    You can use the reply to email to send a reply to the user who submitted the form. In order to do so, you have to set the email field shortcode in the ‘reply to’ field, see this screenshot. That will dynamically fetch the reply to email based on the email address submitted by the user.

    I trust you are doing well

    I do believe that I did not explain my request properly.

    Below is the explanation :
    1- I have several forms , which an email [email protected] , this email acts as a no reply email.

    2- As every forms is using the same email [email protected] , for one form ,
    When user send request , i am trying to add in the reply to section an email [email protected] (this one we can receive incoming email)

    3- When i made a test as a user, the reply to email [email protected] does not appear in the email notification send to user.
