How to add upaded image as inline mail not as a atachment

I need help with making the attached image on the form show inline the mail, not as an attachment. When I try to use [file] it only gives the file name and not the whole link, even if I try to add the file link to the actual file, it has random numbers and field names before the actual file name that is being uploaded.
