Tracking Id is not getting attached

I am writing to report an issue that I am experiencing with the tracking link for my package. Whenever I click on the tracking link, it only redirects me to the tracking page, but the tracking ID is not automatically filled in the tracker field. As a result, users are unable to track the package using the link.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with a solution as soon as possible. It would be very helpful if the tracking link could be configured to automatically fill in the tracking ID in the tracker field so that users can track their package more efficiently.
