Hello, there’s a frustated user who keeps ordering on my woocommerce shop of course without complete the purchase and I have to delete all his orders every time.. ok, it’s not so long to do but it’s bothersome.
Is there a way to block any order made from a specific email?

Thanks in advance for the support

    Best Regards

    Hello.

You can add the email to your Anti-Spam personal list. Here is the guide: https://cleantalk.org/help/i-want-to-block-ip.

    Hello,

    thanks for the fast support.

Following the guide I was able to blacklist the desired mail, just for test I’ve added one of my personal mail and I’m able to see both mail blacklisted in the anti-spam service. I’ve saved the settings in the wp plugin as described in the guide, then I tried to make an order with my blacklisted mail. I was able to make the order and once I’ve been redirected to the credit card payment I left the page. So I’ve checked my woocomerce orders and unfortunately I see that pending order made using my personal test mail, in the same way as I see the orders made by the spam user.

    Waiting for your instructions

    Best Regards

Did you test the checkout page as a guest, not as an admin, @doctor-doubledrop?

    Hello, yes I did.

I’ve just tried again and now I’m not able to continue with the order and I see this message “*** Forbidden. Private list deny. ***”

For sure it took some time to save the settings!
    Simply wonderful ??

    Thanks

I’m glad that worked. To force the plugin update its tables quicker, use the button “Synchronize with Cloud”.
