Support website and email down

Can’t get access to support via website or email. This has happened before in 20 March 2022, appears to be a problem with the emojics.com domain.

Plugin pages in WordPress:

app.emojics.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Website redirects to another website:

https://www.emojics.com/ > https://www.usesignhouse.com/

Support website cannot be found:

https://support.emojics.com/?utm_source=wordpress-plugin

Email does not connect:

<[email protected]>: host mail.emojics.com[67.222.3.158] said: 550 No such

    recipient here (in reply to RCPT TO command)

We are paying the subscription fees, but the product is not working and can’t contact support.
